SMIPAC is actively working with organizations like Tender Hearts, which works for the upliftment of the poor, village children, and women by educating them and helping them to learn, earn, and survive.
We also partner with visually challenged children who have an inclination towards music, to help nurture their talent and help them grow musically. Through these grassroot partnerships, we ensure that the healing and empowering power of art reaches those who need it most.
Our Efforts During COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, SMIPAC continued its work with dedication.
- ✦Provided financial support to affected artisans (instrument makers).
- ✦Distributed essential supplies like ration and medicines to artists, music students and artisans in need.
- ✦Created opportunities through online programs.
- ✦Encouraged artists to continue their art.
Our aim was to ensure that no artist felt alone during difficult times.
